Who We Are

Over the past 12 years, Maddie has worked in customer success and talent development at high growth tech companies. Most recently she spent over 7 years at Eventbrite where in addition to developing the global onboarding program for all new hires and new leaders, she led programs for leadership development, coaching, diversity, equity and inclusion, culture, engagement and performance.

Maddie knows first hand what it's like to transition into a new career, to overcome imposter syndrome, build new relationships and determine how to make an impact. She also knows what it’s like to manage a global onboarding program internally and the pain points that new hires, hiring managers, HR & L&D teams can face.

Empathy is Maddie's superpower. She is a certified coach passionate about enabling the success of others, especially when it comes to transitioning into new roles in a meaningful way.
